Bejamin C. Yogel, Director

Benjamin C. Yogel is a Managing Director at MRC Capital Group.  He heads the firms’ private equity and leveraged finance strategies. Prior, he spent three years in private equity with Liberty Partners, a middle market buyout group. At Liberty, he played an integral role as part of deal teams executing leveraged buyout transactions, portfolio company sales, strategic acquisitions for portfolio companies, leveraged recapitalizations, and going-private transactions.  Benjamin graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Economics and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.
